Monthly Tuition: Academy tuition is due the first class of every month regardless of calendar days or holiday closings. Tuition is yearly paid in nine (9) equal payments. It is not raised for 5 week months, nor is it lowered for 3 week months. Tuition is considered late after the 10th of the month and a $10.00 late fee is added to all unpaid accounts. Please see the section titled discounts for savings.
Costume Fees: A 50% deposit for recital costumes is due with October tuition. The remainder is due with November tuition. If you would like to include this fee into your monthly tuition, please see Mrs. Rhonda or Mrs. Mary-Taylor in the office. We will be happy to arrange this for you.

The costume fee covers all costs for your costumes except alterations and performance tights. We order costumes early to ensure plenty of time for delivery (most costume companies take four months to deliver). Costumes will be distributed in April provided your account is paid in full. There are no refunds or exchanges on costumes. Late fees apply to costumes as well as tuition.
Late Fee: A $10.00 late fee applies to all unpaid accounts on the 10th of each month and will accrue every month thereafter.
Optional Fees: The Academy will have sweatshirts available for order if you decide to participate in the Wake Forest Christmas Parade. There are several optional fees associated with recital such as pictures, videos, T-shirts (with your dancer's name on the back), program ads, and Flowers. The Academy offers these to you as a convenience. Purchase of any of these is completely optional.
Recital Fee: A recital fee of $25.00 (per family) is due with April tuition. Each family will receive 2 free tickets to the performance. Additional recital tickets can be purchased at minimal cost.
Performance Tights: Each dancer must have new tights for the recital performance. An order form will be available in your recital package.
Discounts: As a student adds classes to her/his repertoire, tuition rates are significantly discounted. A 5% discount is given to all accounts paid in full at the time of registration (September-May season). A $10.00 credit is given to anyone who refers a student that registers at the Academy. Be sure your referral lets us know who you are when they register.
